How am I billed?
All Rencana subscriptions are billed securely through our official website. Aizztech does not see or store your payment card details.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus unlocks the full planner — unlimited notes, flashcards, study circles, the live community map, and AI timetable import. Pro adds the advanced AI study suite on top: AI tutor, automatic flashcard generation from your notes, a past-paper question generator, study analytics, multi-device sync and priority support.
When does the subscription renew?
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How do I upgrade or downgrade between Plus and Pro?
You can easily upgrade or switch plans directly from the Billing page on our official website.
How do I cancel?
Visit the Billing page on our website to manage or cancel your subscription. You will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions. Contact support with your transaction details for assistance.
Is there a free trial?
When available, free trials are offered to new subscribers on the checkout page. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Do you offer student discounts?
Rencana is built for students and the standard pricing already reflects that. Bulk education licences for institutions are available — contact contact@aizztech.com.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your account, timetable, tasks and notes remain intact. Tier-only features stop working at the end of your billing period, and items beyond Free-tier limits become read-only until you remove them or re-subscribe.
