Is Rencana really free?
Yes — the core student planner is completely free, forever. You get the timetable builder, deadlines, notes, flashcards, activity status, and Study Snap with no time limits. Upgrade only when you want more AI power or premium features.
What do I actually get with Plus?
Plus is designed for students who want a sharper edge. You unlock premium app and widget themes, significantly better AI for notes and flashcards (higher quality and a bigger monthly quota), a higher-quality auto-timetable generator with more runs, an AI chatbot that answers questions from your own notes, and the ability to import tasks and events directly from your phone calendar (Apple & Google).
Why upgrade to Pro?
Pro is for students who want the highest allowances. You get our smartest flagship AI for notes, flashcards, and schedules, plus an expert-level AI tutor that helps with your material. You also unlock full Study Snap history, a 24h catch-up window, custom Activity Statuses (text & emoji), and the ability to share your AI flashcard decks with your study circles.
How am I billed?
Web subscriptions are billed securely through Curlec (a Razorpay company) — your card details are stored only with the payment processor, never with Aizztech. iOS subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime with no penalty.
When does my subscription renew?
Your plan auto-renews at the end of each monthly billing period. To avoid the next charge, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing page on our website at any time. You'll keep access to your current plan until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Contact support with your transaction details and we'll help you out.
Do you offer student discounts?
Rencana is priced specifically for students — RM4.90/mo for Plus and RM10.90/mo for Pro already reflects that. For bulk institution licences, reach out to contact@aizztech.com.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your account, timetable, tasks, and notes stay intact. Features exclusive to your previous tier will pause at the end of the billing period. Any items over the Free-tier limits become read-only — they're waiting for you whenever you re-subscribe.
