Return & Refund Policy

1.Overview

Rencana is a digital subscription service developed by Aizztech. Because Rencana is a non-tangible digital product delivered immediately on purchase, it is not eligible for the traditional "physical goods" return process. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for Rencana web subscriptions and 1-month passes.

Web payments are processed securely by Curlec, a Razorpay company. Aizztech does not store your full card details. Refunds for eligible web purchases can be requested from your Rencana Billing page and are processed through Curlec/Razorpay.

2.Refund eligibility

A web payment may be eligible for refund when the request is made within 24 hours of the successful charge and the payment has not already been fully refunded. Examples include:

  • You were charged for a plan you did not intend to buy.
  • Rencana failed to deliver the paid feature because of a technical issue on our side.
  • You were charged after attempting to cancel before renewal.
  • A duplicate or accidental web payment was made.

For subscription payments, the subscription must first be cancelled or scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period before a refund can be requested. This prevents a refunded subscription from continuing to renew.

3.How to request a web refund

You can request a refund for an eligible web payment from your Billing page:

  1. Sign in to the same Rencana account used for the payment.
  2. Open the Billing page.
  3. If the payment is for a subscription, click Cancel first.
  4. Click Refund on the latest eligible payment.
  5. Keep the displayed Refund ID for reference.

If the refund button is not visible but you believe the payment is eligible, contact us with your account email, payment date, and invoice or refund reference.

4.How to cancel your subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for unless a refund is processed.

  1. Sign in to Rencana.
  2. Open the Billing page.
  3. Click Cancel on the active subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation request.

Cancellation is usually scheduled for the end of the current billing period. It can take a short moment for Curlec/Razorpay to confirm the change, so refresh the Billing page if the status does not update immediately.

5.Refund timing and references

When a refund request is accepted, Rencana creates a refund with Curlec/Razorpay. Bank and card processing usually takes 5 to 7 working days, but the exact time can vary by payment method and issuing bank.

Your Billing page shows the refund amount and the Refund ID. Use that ID when contacting Aizztech, Curlec/Razorpay, or your bank about the refund. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive banking details by email.

6.Invoices and emails

Rencana provides invoice links in your Billing page when Curlec/Razorpay returns an invoice URL. Curlec/Razorpay may also send payment or refund notifications by email. If you do not receive an email, your Billing page refund ID is still the reference to use for support.

7.One-month passes

A 1-month pass starts immediately after successful payment and does not renew automatically. Refund requests for 1-month passes follow the same 24-hour web payment window and eligibility checks described above.

8.Promotional offers

Promotional pricing, intro offers, and discounts apply for the period stated at checkout and revert to the standard price afterwards. Promotional periods are non-transferable and not refundable for cash.

9.Issues caused by Aizztech

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a feature you paid for, contact us first at contact@aizztech.com with:

  • The Rencana account email used for the payment.
  • The date and approximate time of the purchase.
  • The payment, invoice, or refund ID shown in your Billing page.
  • A short description of the issue and any screenshots.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If the issue is on our side and cannot be resolved, we will help review the payment and refund status.

10.Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, including statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights for digital content where applicable.
