If Rencana isn't for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription — no questions asked.
How to request
Email refunds@aizztech.com from the email tied to your account with the subject "Refund request". Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Renewals
For yearly plans, request a prorated refund within 14 days of renewal. After that window, your subscription runs until the end of the period and won't auto-renew once cancelled.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime in app settings. You keep premium access until the end of your billing period.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse. Otherwise, we'll always do right by our students.
