Terms & Conditions

Rencana is intended for students aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account, and you must notify us at contact@aizztech.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use Rencana for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local laws.
• Upload or share content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in ways that overload our infrastructure or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to your account or to the Service without written permission from Aizztech.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Rencana offers a free tier and paid plans ("Plus" and "Pro"). Pricing is displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on the Pricing page.

Web subscriptions are billed through Curlec (a Razorpay company) as our payment processor. iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page or, for iOS, from your Apple ID subscription settings. Aizztech does not see or store your full payment card details.

Prices and plan features may change. We will provide reasonable notice before any changes affect your existing subscription.

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Rencana — your timetable, notes, flashcards, quizzes, and other inputs ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Aizztech a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, back up, sync, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Rencana uses third-party AI providers to power features such as quiz generation, flashcard creation, and the AI tutor. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for academic work, exams, or important decisions.

Subject to fair-use limits described on the Pricing page, your AI usage is metered per plan and resets each billing cycle.

The Rencana app, brand, design, code, and marketing materials are owned by Aizztech and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by law.

Rencana integrates with third-party services including Apple, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Curlec / Razorpay. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Aizztech is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

We work hard to keep Rencana available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may release updates that change app behaviour. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that adversely affect paid plans.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific academic needs or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aizztech and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM 200, whichever is greater.

You can stop using Rencana at any time. You may delete your account from in-app settings or by emailing contact@aizztech.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, except where local consumer-protection laws give you additional rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
